  • What exactly is the Program?

    A general fitness program that is accessible to all levels of fitness. At its heart, it’s a multi-tiered Functional strength program using bodyweight training for strength, and muscle development. For caloric burn, most days have an element of HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training). Which means that it’s as effective as it can be in a minimal amount of time.

  • How long is each program?

    Each program is 6 weeks long.

  • What are the differences between the programs?

    Difficulty and intensity. The programs rank in their level of difficulty. Level 1: Scaled | Level 2: RX'D | Level 3: RX'D+
